This is the Doug Manchester residence located in Sun Valley, ID., a home that we painted in 1998. The designer was Warren Sheets design, a well-known designer from San Francisco. The exterior was painted with a product known as Sikkens finish. It is the premiere stain product to cover wood. It is a 3-coat process - so it is an expensive process
